The place it's a little too small, yet it's a little town, but not enough space between the tables so when it's lunch time it is a little hard to move around, the only reason why I'm giving you a 4 stars it's beacuse of the food it's pretty good other than that if it comes to an emergency situation you'll have a hard time trying ro get out.

Never been but heard was good

This is one of the last of the great country diners. Not only is the breakfast fabulous - it's open only for breakfast & lunch most days - but the lunch specials are home-made & come with desert. Plus - Bluegill is served, and if you've never eaten this sweet fish that experience alone is worth the trip!

Oh so happy! It's a house converted into a restaurant. Walked in and there were 8 tables covered with different vinyl table clothes just like my mom used on our kitchen table when we were kids. I heard things like "I was doing something in the shed I don't remember what..." Menu looks great. Prices fair. Started with 1/2 of biscuits & gravy, it was just right.Chicken fried steak was great!!Waitress was refreshing. I appreciate good service and getting what I ask for. This is absolutely my favorite kind of place to eat. Real Americans, real people, real nice!!

Great food, unbeatable local history and flavor. If you're a stranger, you wont be for long. The cosiness and rustic atmosphere bring out a "welcome home" feeling in the staff and diners. They'll fill you up fast with nourishment and friendliness.
